Mixed Media Portraits Display Case

Old maps and sheet music were utilized by Grade 11/12 students to create rich textual and visual compositions on the theme of popular culture for the art room's display case. From contemporary rappers to Audrey Hepburn, students incorporated visual elements of cultural and personal relevance through techniques of collage utilizing mixed media.
